案内にはライザップの看板が目印とありますが看板が無いのでぜんぜん分からないです。
駐車場は2台分ありますが車止めにライザップのマークが貼ってあるだけなので分かりにくいです。
普通のマンションの1室で男性のトレーナーなので女性は利用しにくいと思います。
握力を他で測ったのとかなり低くなっていたのですが手の大きさに合わせて位置を調整しないといけないのができていないから一番大きい人の手の大きさになっていたからみたいです。
手前の部屋はましでしたけど奥の部屋はエアコンがあまり効いていない感じで蒸し暑かったです。
