ダンスの時に軸がぶれたりするため、体の体幹を鍛えたくて通ってるのですが、トレーナーさんのアドバイスもすごく分かりやすく、また、変化がすぐに実感出来ました！
体の悪いところを教えてくださったり、自分で気になるところを伝えるとどうしたら良いのかアドバイスももらえるので、すごく参考になります！
通い続けて、体幹も良くなってきたと感じてます！トレーナーさんも優しい方々ばかりなので、オススメです！
