There are various muscle training machines and the inside of the store is pretty beautiful. It is also a nice and cheap point to go to the gym for 3000 yen a month.

I am very satisfied with the fact that the monthly fee is extremely cheap, the hall is clean and the equipment is substantial. There are no shower lockers, so it's not suitable for going home from work, but it's probably the best gym for those who can come from home with their clothes on.

There are busy times so makes sure you time your visit accordingly. Unfortunately, no shower but with minimal add-one per month, you can get locker (500¥), ladies room access (500¥), ionized water, and unlimited protein shake (3000¥). Access to other branches is an additional 500¥ too.
