大	大隅有吾 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入会金や手続きいらないから気軽に通えます。マシン4人くらいで回すと丁度よく感じる位の規模感に思えました。シャワーは一人用（ユニットバス）。私は筋トレガチ勢ではないので緊張しましたが、トレーナーさんがマシンの使い方やアドバイスなどしっかりしてくれて安心できました。 You can easily go there because there is no admission fee or procedure. It seemed to be a scale that I felt just right when I turned it with about 4 machines. Shower is for one person (unit bath). I was nervous because I wasn't a muscle trainer, but I was relieved that the trainer gave me advice on how to use the machine.
