You can go do other activities while waiting for your turn, and should you miss your number being called, it's no big deal as the staff regularly check for anyone who was missed, before moving on to the next numbers. One thing to keep in mind is, they don't do hair washing. Only cutting and styling. Most staff speak Japanese only, but that is to be expected. English is not a requirement in most Japanese services.
S	Sunny Gaul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you avoid lunchtime, there's very little wait. The staff is always super efficient, fast and kind! Even though my Japanese is bad, they've been very accommodating and I've never had issues! A lot of the stylists are much better at English than I am at Japanese, which is so comforting and helpful. I'm always happy with my experience here.
