★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この辺はお茶をするお店が殆どないので（モスやココスは別として。あちらは食事メインという気がしますので）こちらのファミマは大変貴重な存在です。わりとイートインスペースも広めだと思います。席が多いです。時間帯によって混む時があるので座れない時もたまーにありますが(¯―¯٥)お昼時と夕方を避ければ大丈夫です。近くの図書館とビッグ築地でお買物の帰りに寄って、コーヒーを飲むのがささやかな楽しみです。お安いし。
