蔵	蔵本徹馬 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千川駅から少し住宅街を歩いていくといかにもと言う感じのたたずまいのお店が出てきます。土曜日のお昼時にいきました。既にお酒の席で盛り上がっている人達がいたりで、昔から馴染みにしているお客さんが多くいるようです。こう言うお店は美味しいのがほぼ確定してます。今回私はぶりの照り焼き定食。妻はすっぽんの雑炊を頼みました。ぶりは肉厚で噛み応えのある身です。そして味の方は甘味が大分抑えられていて此は非常に嬉しいですね。ぶりの照り焼き頼むとやたらと甘いのが出てくる事がありますのでね。いい素材も使っているでしょうかね。妻のすっぽん雑炊は出汁と言うかスッポンエキスがたんまりでむちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。これで１０００円ちょいとでいただけるランチは嬉しい限りです。次は味のたたきかなと?
