冨	冨沢貴大 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大満足です！結婚指輪を探して嫁と色んな店舗に行きました。なかなか決まりませんでしたが本日、エクセルコダイヤモンド高崎店に決めました。担当してくださった佐々木さんは最初から最後まで親切に対応して下さいました。自分の事のように喜んでくれてこれぞ店員の鏡だと思いました！オススメです！旦那よりどのお店も良いデザインばかりでなかなか決められず、3ヶ月間で12店舗を通うこと計25回、、(ダイヤモンドシライシには計7回行きました) そんな中でもダイヤモンドシライシ高崎店さんが一番指輪の種類も多く、店員さんもとても親身になって最後まで一緒にいろいろアドバイスしてくださったので、ここに決めました。指輪のデザインもゴージャスで他の人とはあまりかぶらないようなデザインなのですごくお気に入りです(^^) 懲りずに最後まで担当してくださった佐々木さんには本当に感謝です！ありがとうございました(^^) 嫁より I am very satisfied! H	HARU SAME on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚指輪をここで購入し、今回はメンテナンスで伺いました。スタッフの教育が行き届いていて、接客は良く出来ていると思います。でも、意図的かわからないが客を差別する雰囲気が伝わってくる。大金の見込めるカップルは常設の椅子で接客して水も提供していたが、大金の見込めない客（私達）は店舗の奥に折りたたみ椅子を置いての接客で水の提供もなし。あからさますぎて笑えるくらい。今まで良いイメージを持っていたが、今回の件で興ざめしたので自分の子供には別の店を勧めます。 I bought a wedding ring here and visited for maintenance this time.
