今回コロナの影響の為、都心は避けて最寄りのこちらに伺いました。
いつもの方は、ほんと対応が良く買わないものまで買ってしまうくらいなのですが、対応してくれた人の態度でここまで不愉快になるのは久々でした。
ここのお店では二度と買いたいと思いません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 指輪を取り寄せたので、支払いと受け取りに予約をして行ったのに、
最初に予約したって伝えたのにもかかわらず、何故か予約していない人らと同じように順番のカードを渡され30分待たされた。
なんのための予約でしょうか？
支払いと受け取りに30分待つ意味ないかと。
待っている間に3人に同じ声がけをされたが、
最後接客した店員は私たちが予約で来店をしている事がわかっていなかった。
そりゃぁ普通に予約無しできたお客さんと一緒の扱いだよねってなった。
予約したって最初の店員に伝えたのにあれは無駄だった。
意味の無いカードを渡して、他のお客様の接客が押してまして…ってそれなら予約の意味ありますか？
予約して欲しいと言うから予約して時間を合わせて行ったのに、予約の意味が無い。
予約のスケジュール管理ができないなら予約なんてさせないで欲しかった。
好きな時間に取りに行けばよかった。
ティファニーは50万以上ぐらいの商品を買わないと、適当な接客されるようです。
すごく楽しみにしていたのに…。

電話口で人によって態度を変える男性店員さん。人を馬鹿にしたような喋り方、横柄な態度。
せっかくの婚約指輪も台無しです。
