こ	ころすけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のお昼時に訪問。ぱっと見分かりづらかったけれど、十分な広さの駐車場あり。券売機制。店内はあまり広くないが、コロナ対策の空調がバリバリに効いているので、全く閉塞感は無し。カウンター席も席間隔が狭いが、パーテーションがあるので、許容範囲。看板メニューの坦々麺と半チャーハンを注文。鍋を振る音がラーメン屋じゃなくて、完全に街中華の音がする。そう言えばテーブルの上に並んだ味変用の調味料も気合が感じられる。配膳は比較的遅め。おとなし目なルックスの坦々麺が着丼。少し遅れて半チャーハンも到着。とりあえずチャーハン美味いね。ラーメン屋のチャーハンってただ塩辛く味が濃いだけのものが多いけれど、ここのはちゃんと味がするのにそれほど味が濃くなくて、結果旨い。坦々麺も味変のマー油や中華山椒で大変美味しくいただきました。この感じだと、麻婆も期待出来るからこの次は麻婆を注文したい。 Visited at noon on weekdays.
