ら	らむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅から通いやすく数年通っています。今、お店でレビューを書くと割引するキャンペーンをされていますが、割引はいらないので現時点での正直な感想をかかせてもらいます。過去のお手入れでは、スタッフさんの当たり外れがある点は否めません。上手な人や丁寧な人だったらラッキー！直近のお手入れで、非常に残念なことがあった為、現時点ではまだまだ改善の余地（接客面•技術面•お店自体の意識面）があるという意味で、星２にさせていただきました。リペアではなく全オフからの施術。その日、私の"目元が無意識に動いていた"ことを理由に、生え際よりもかなり離れた位置で着けられており、施術直後からポロポロ落ちてくる始末。他には、ダマやグルー不足もあり、 500本つけたものが、お直しに行った時点で、まともなもの150本しかない事実からみても、丁寧さは微塵もなかったことは明らかでした。今回の施術を担当された6年のベテランのスタッフさんに対しては憤りと不信感しかありません。説明を求めた際、目元の動くお客には同じ対応をされているというお話の中、そこで"安全？"を口実にされたところで、スタッフ都合の妥協としか思えません。動いてたなら声をかけて欲しかった。。払う料金は同じで、クオリティや持ちが下がるのに、黙ってその様なことをされて良しとするお客はいないのではないでしょうか？お店全体で意識改革をしてもらいたいです。 It's easy to go from home and I've been there for several years. I have only resentment and distrust toward the 6-year veteran staff who was in charge of this treatment. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that the same response was given to customers with moving eyes, and when I was given the excuse of "safety?", I think it was just a compromise for the convenience of the staff. I wanted you to call me if it was moving. .. Isn't there a customer who pays the same fee and is happy to do such a thing silently even though the quality and holdings are reduced? I want the entire store to change its consciousness.
