バイトが若い子が多いですね。
もんじゃを注文すると目の前で作ってくれるんですが混ぜかたが雑ですね。
心斎橋店、長堀店と味が全然違います。
美味しくなかったです。
混ぜてから「どうぞ」までの提供スピードが早すぎます。
もう少しマニュアル化して研修などした人がやってほしいです。
麦おいしくて好きなのに店舗によってばらつきあるのが残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味が薄い、おこげで普通の味がするくらい。鉄板がきたない。店員さんが焼いてくれて、30秒くらいでどうぞと言われたが、焼けてなく、温かい生地食べているみたい。

従業員の方も愛想良くて、もんじゃ焼きの他に焼きそばも美味しいです！
また行かせてもらいます(^^)

コロナ等の感染病に対する意識も低い感じがして、せっかくの美味しい料理なのに勿体ないお店だなと思いました。
個人的に好きなお店なのでこの評価をつけました、今後のお店のご発展期待しています！

色々なもんじゃの種類があります。
緊急事態宣言前は予約必須でしたが今は普通に入れました。
味は薄くも濃くもありません。
鶏軟骨が入ったもんじゃ焼きを注文、若い女性が作ってくれました。
鉄板の温度も高いせいか、すぐ焼けて味も美味しかったです。画像のもんじゃ焼きは１３５０円だったと思います。やや高いと感じるかな……。
飲み物のメニューもそれなりにありました。店内は禁煙になっており店を出たすぐ階段のところに灰皿がありそこでタバコは吸えます。
味、接客ともに悪くはないのでまた行こうと思っています。

There was also a drink menu as it was. The inside of the store is non-smoking, and there is an ashtray just outside the store on the stairs where you can smoke.
The taste and customer service are not bad, so I'm thinking of going again.
