★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんとなく敷居が高いのではないかと思っていましたが、むしろ快適でした。過去何人かに担当していただきましたが、美容師さんがみな職人系で淡々と仕事をして下さり腕もよく満足です。年齢層が高くても引け目がなく通いやすいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カットではなく、こちらのSylphでマツパをして頂きました。回数券を忘れた私も悪かったですが、受付であからさまに怒った嫌な顔をされ、回数券忘れたら施術できないです。今回は特別にやらせて頂きますが…と言われました。回数券忘れたら施術出来ないなんて初めて聞きました。忘れたら施術出来ないくらい大切な物なのでしょうか？そちらでも回数は管理してくださってると思うのですが…。今までこちらで接客をしてくださった人は感じの良い方ばかりだったので、あの受付の方が残念でした。まったく笑顔もなく、終始嫌な気持ちで帰りました。施術をしてくださった方にも再度怒り気味に次回は忘れたら施術できませんと言われましたが、なぜカードを忘れただけで何度も怒られないといけないのか…非常に腹が立ちました。他のスタッフの方が素晴らしいのに残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hair salon I have ever been to! The service was amazing! They have english speakers that can get you the look that you desire! If you go there ask for Shuntaro, he's the most sweetest and helpful being! I definitely recommend this place to anyone that doesn't know exactly what they want to do but have a general idea and they will gladly assist you in finding that right look and color!
