R	R Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設は良いのに、受付の接客が良くない。雇われ感が否めない。もう少し臨機応変に接客をして頂きたいと感じる。年の若い子が多いと感じる。その若いスタッフの接客の指導ができていないのではないでしょうか？笑顔もないし、声も小さいし、顔は死んでいるし、流れ作業のような感じです。せっかく良い施設で、体を動かして気分良くなっているのに、受付で全てが嫌な気持ちになってしまいます。働いているスタッフの意識をもっと上げ、若いスタッフに接客を教えて頂きたい。皆ではないかもしれないが、気分で接客している人が中にいます。利用者が気持ちよく利用できスタッフも気持ちのよく仕事が出来るように、再度指導し改めて頂きたいです。良い施設だからこそ窓口である受付でいつも不快な思いをするので残念に感じます。改善に期待して星2で。 The facilities are good, but the reception is not good. This store caters to young people but there clothing is so generic and cheap and most young people in Japan prefer fashion on the other hand there jewelery and handbang and accessories make you think you are in China at a bootleg store.
