★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が通っていますが、スタッフが子供の顔や名前を覚えていてくれていて安心です。忘れ物などにも対応してくれて、とても充実しています。
プール後は採暖室もあるので、冬でも冷えの心配が要りません。
Children pass through, but it is safe that the staff remember the face and name of the child. It also accommodates forgotten things etc, and it is very fulfilling.

受付の人に何とかならないか頼んでも何ともならない。
３年前は取りにくかったものの、曜日を選ばなければ何とかなったけど、今は本当に難しい。
1、最終週以外は同月内しか振替られない
2、15時のクラスに通っていたら、月曜～土曜は15時のクラスにしか振替ができない
ここまで生徒数を増やすのなら、この2点をもう少し融通効かすべきでは？

忘れ物をしたら洗っておいてくれるのでありがたい。
設備は古いですがきちんと清掃がされているので気になりません、
悪い点は振替の時間が固定されていて全く予約が取れない。
再振替も出来ると言われるけど同月でなければ出来ないのであまり意味がない。

それほどハードなレッスンではなく、ほどよく楽しみながらレッスンを受ける事が出来ています。
スクールバスがあり、送迎してくれるので助かっていますが、バスのルートが長い地域などもあり、もう少し乗車時間が短くなればいいのにと思います。
車で通うこともありますが、駐車場が少なく、停めれない事が多いです。
駐車場に関しては、もう少し改善してほしいです。
