曜日によって付いてくれるトレーナーさんが違ってそれぞれの視点から鍛えてくれるのでバランスよく筋力が付きます。
ひどい肩こりだったのですが、３ヶ月ほどで気にならなくなりました。
加圧だけでなくて自重トレーニングもセットで家でも出きるのでお勧めします。
あと、手作りの発酵ドリンクも美味しいです！
