★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うちの母親の車が車検切れ間際で、慌ててお世話になりました。結局車の買い替えになりましたが、新車の購入で納車まで１ヶ月ということにもかかわらず、それまでの代車をご用意いただけたりと、手厚いサービスで母親も感謝しておりました。納車まであとすこしですが、よろしくお願いします。

しかし、部品取り付け時に付けたボディへの明らかな塗装が剥げるほどの傷をつけておいても知らないふり。取り付け位置のまわりは持ち込み時には自分でも見ていたので確実に作業にてついています。
私の車は新車ではありませんが、それでもやすい車でもなく私にとっては大切な車です。
部品付けて貰ってもボディに傷つけられるくらいなら頼みたくはないです。因みにいくら傷が小さくても塗装の修理には数万円はかかります。目につく場所だったのでとても残念でなりませんでした。
知らないふり…だけど料金はしっかりとる…。
んー。もちろん領収書などもありませんでした。
その後、コメントからの返信がありまして連絡をとり来店しました。流石に塗装の修理とまではいきませんでしたが、作業費用の返金や丁寧で親切な人柄がとても伝わってきました。
この度はありがとうございます。
次回も取り付けをお願いしたいとおもいました。
In spite of the dive almost I was able to take care politely.
However, pretending that I do not know even if I put on enough scratches to remove the apparent paint on the body I attached when installing parts. When bringing in around the mounting position I have been looking even at myself so it is reliably attached to work.
My car is not a new car, but it is not a simple car yet it is an important car for me.
I do not want to ask if I get hurt by the body even if I receive parts. By the way how much it costs tens of thousands of yen for repairing paint even if the scratch is small. It was a shabby place so it was not a shame.
Pretend you do not know ... but the fee is solid ....
Hmm. Of course there was no receipt etc.
After that, there was a reply from the comment, I got in touch and came to the store. Although I did not go to repairing paint to flowing water, refund of work cost and polite and kind personality have been transmitted very much.
Thank you for this time.
I wanted to ask for installation next time as well.
