★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中津川の源流に近い川上地区の公園。遊具などはありませんが冬には自然の氷瀑を見ることができます。ウォルターウェストン像が登山の安全を祈っています。
A park in the Kawakami district near the source of the Nakatsu River. There are no playground equipment, but you can see the natural icefall in winter. The statue of Walter Weston is praying for mountaineering safety.

恵那山や上高地など日本の山々をめぐり世界に紹介したと言うウェストンさんを記念した公園とのこと。
恵那神社に向かう時、中津川沿いの道路が川を離れて山道に入ってすぐのところにあります。
うっかりすると通り過ぎてしまいます。
こじんまりとしていてウェストンさんの銅像とちょっとした広場だけでしたか、中津川にも繋がっていてすぐに河原に降りられます。
川のせせらぎだけが聞こえる良い場所でした。
I stopped by for a lunch break.
It is a park commemorating Mr. Weston who said that he introduced the mountains of Japan such as Mt. Ena and Kamikochi to the world.
When heading to Ena Shrine, the road along the Nakatsugawa is just off the river and into the mountain road.
If you inadvertently pass by.
It was small and had only a statue of Mr. Weston and a small square, or it was connected to the Nakatsugawa river and you can get off at the riverbank immediately.
It was a good place to hear only the murmuring of the river.
