2011年頃まで成田山別院継石不動尊と奥の院がありましたが、県道22号線の深刻な落石事故対策として治山工事が行われました関係で、魂抜きをした上で元の成田山へ戻されたようです。
現在は全て撤去されており、奥の院の案内看板だけが放置されています。
2011年の震災後は、県道22号線は閉鎖されていました。
2014年末頃に治山工事完了としましたが、2016年12月の震度6弱の地震以後は再度閉鎖状態です。
写真は2015年1月のものです。
追記
2019年1月より、通行再開しました。さらに治山工事が凄まじい事に…。
It is beautiful when it is time of autumn leaves.
There were Naritasanbetsuin relay stone Fudoson and Okunoin until around 2011, but it was returned to the original Naritasan after having removed the soul due to management work being done as a measure against serious rock fall accident of prefectural road No. 22 It seems.
All are removed now, and only the signboard of Okunoin is left untouched.
After the earthquake in 2011, prefectural road No. 22 was closed.
The construction work was completed around the end of 2014, but it has been closed again after the earthquake with a magnitude of 6 in December 2016.

Postscript
Passage resumed from January 2019. In addition, maintenance work is terrible.

かと言って展望台もないし
これ渓谷に降りて歩ける道とかあんのかな？
水はキレイで石も白っぽくて良い感じなんだけどな～
道も険しいんだよな～
すれ違い困難なので運転注意です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏は草木が生い茂っていて何が良いのか全くわからない。昭和25年に茨城県観光審議会が選定した県内の景勝地のひとつ。ふるーい石碑が立っていた。渓谷は道路の下の方にあり降りることはできなそうだ。アクセス路はとても狭いので運転注意！
In summer, vegetation grows and I don't know what is good. One of the scenic spots in the prefecture selected by the Ibaraki Tourism Council in 1950. A stone monument stood. The valley is at the bottom of the road, so you can't get down. Be careful when driving because the access path is very narrow!
