★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでチャーシュー麺をいただきました。分量を間違えたのかなというほどしょっぱくて、今までで一番まずいラーメンでした。比叡山から降りてきて温かいラーメンを食べたかったのにぬるくて、ご飯もカピカピ。デザートも牛乳にちょっと味が付いたものが小皿で付いてました。１０日ぐらい前のことですが、今思い出してもひどいので書き込みました。今後も話のタネになりそうです。バイトのお姉さんは感じが良く、チャーシューは美味しかったので他の料理は美味しいのかなと思います。ランチ時間のぎりぎりで入店しましたので材料がなかったのかも知れません。断ってもらえれば他で美味しいラーメンが食べられたのにと残念です。
 I had char siu noodles at lunch. It was so salty that I might have made a mistake in the amount, and it was the worst ramen I have ever had. I came down from Mt. Hiei and wanted to eat warm ramen, but it was lukewarm and the rice was crisp. As for the dessert, a small plate of milk with a little flavor was attached. It was about 10 days ago, but I wrote it because it's terrible even if I remember it now. It seems to be a source of talk in the future. The older sister of the part-time job felt good, and the char siu was delicious, so I think other dishes are delicious. I entered the store just before lunch time, so maybe I didn't have the ingredients. It's a pity that I could have eaten delicious ramen elsewhere if I refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観可愛く店内も雰囲気良い店。ランチのCPも普通。良い所は中国の方が日本人向けに味付けしランチはニンニク不使用と気使いも感じられる、？と思うのはテーブルにメニューが無く(他のテーブルにはあり)メニューや料理の説明も有りません。スープはお湯？と思うぐらい塩気が有りません。台湾のローカル定食屋さんの様です。塩分を気にしている方には◎
The store has a cute appearance and a nice atmosphere. Lunch CP is also normal. The good thing is that Chinese people season it for Japanese people, and you can feel that they don't use garlic for lunch. I think there is no menu on the table (as on other tables) and there is no menu or cooking description. Is the soup hot water? It's not as salty as I think. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京阪本線の出町柳駅から徒歩8分、地下鉄烏丸線の今出川駅から徒歩11分。2021年現在で18年目を迎えるこちらは、フランス滞在中に日本文化の素晴らしさを再確認し、帰国後してからは陶芸作家として活躍していた中野賢二が中国人料理人と出会った事をきっかけに、今度は古家を自ら改装してオーナーとしてオープンさせたお洒落な内装のお店です。
中国人料理人が作った品の中で、中野さんが日本人の好みに合うと思う料理がメニューに採用され、今や、その種類は、なんと100種類以上。特にその中からリーズナブルな価格、売り切れ次第終了で11:30～14:30に提供されるランチセットは、中国茶とデザートまでついていて人気となっています。
なお、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大防止のため、2020年12月21日〜2021年1月11日まで休業していましたが、１月12日の営業再開にあたって「老香港酒家」・京都ホテルオークラ「桃李」出身の点心師と、中国美食の中心地広東省出身の新しい厨師を迎え再出発との事でメニューも大幅に入れ替え予定とのことらしく。こちらも楽しみです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま店前を通りかかった時、すでに2時過ぎており、このままではランチをやっているお店が閉まってしまうと思い、入店しました。
結果、美味しくてびっくり。チャーシュー麺を注文したのですが、スープの色が濃かったのですが、味はとても美味しく、横浜中華街で食べる味と大差ないと思います。コストパフォーマンスも高く、おすすめです。
