★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow, unfriendly. I understand they want to limit contact due to corona but I stood there for a full 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me or asked me to wait or apologized for the wait. Completely ignored me while they went on preparing salads. The wait is longer than the number of people in line because of all the takeout orders! Don't give you an estimate of the wait time. Really bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely I think the best salad I have ever eaten. And I eat them every day. First time here on 2/24 early lunch time. Short queue and very friendly service from the first person who takes your order. I chose the cal tex which was chicken avocado leaves onion and more with a honey vinaigrette dressing. Hugely flavoursome but also not dripping in dressing. And around ¥1400 for a salad and bottle of water it’s a great price for the quality. I’ll be back very soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closest I've found to a salad bar in Tokyo. They have a menu of salads to choose from or you can build your own which is what I did. It's a little pricey but very enjoyable.

I love this restaurants concept and that there’s finally some salad restaurants in Japan!!!
They chop up and mix the salad really well for you and you can customize and choose your options ?
A bit on the priceyer side as far as salads go ¥¥
