★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼だけしか行った事がないんですがとても美味しかったです。今度は暖かいものも食べに行きたいなぁ。現在（2020.9月末現在）はビジネスランチを再開しています。トマトの風味が強いカレーがおいしいですよ。

イワシのこってりとした旨味が

角切りのイワシ、りんご、トマトが
さっぱりとした味付けであえてあります。
りんごの甘さと食感がいいアクセントになってる♪
★イワシのエスペト(炭火串焼き)
しっかり脂がのったイワシ2尾がジューシーに焼かれて、
さっぱりとしたトマトソースと一緒に頂きます。
これとっっっても美味しい。
・スペインコロッケ(生ハム)
コロッケはムール貝と生ハムで選べます。
じゃがいもは細かくマッシュされているので
口当たりがとってもなめらか。
★仔羊のチリンドロンソース煮込み
柔らかい仔羊がトマトやハーブのきいたソースで
しっかり煮込まれています。
口に入れた瞬間ほろっ。うまい！
・チーズケーキとフランボワーズのエスプーマ
チーズケーキは甘さ控えめで食感はしっかりめ。
個人的にとっても好きなタイプ♪
フランボワーズがいいアクセントになっています。

イワシの酢漬けの新鮮な味わいイワシのエスペトのふっくらとした食感。
イワシといえばつみれ汁が定番だった私はかなりの衝撃でした。今まで食べたイワシとは汗
かなり美味しくて感動しました。
夏野菜がぎゅっと詰まったガスパチョや、仏産ホロホロ鳥のコンフィーソレラビネガーソース 、魚介のカルドソも美味しかったな。
オーナーシェフがとても楽しい方だったので初めての南スペイン料理をたっぷり楽しめました^^
