I made a reservation miraculously. I'm wondering what to eat! Everything was delicious and I ate it ^^ It goes great with white wine! Drinks were paired, but this time we didn't ask and we were at our own pace. ◆ Horse meat carpaccio There was no odor, it was soft and exquisite! It is a dish with a cute appearance such as fried burdock and Japanese ginger. ◆ Marinated octopus? I was shocked by the softness of the octopus! !! !! The octopus had the image of being chewy, but it's soft and fluffy. There is also paprika and the color is wonderful. It seems that octopus and potatoes go well with each other, but I was arranging them at this shop, and the potatoes were made into chips and topped! The crispy texture is also an accent ♪ ◆ Duck asado Excellent response with thick slices of meat! I am also impressed with the colorful presentation! !! ◆ Fish and shellfish Aros Melosso It's an uncle of fish and shellfish. The soup contained plenty of seafood umami and was excellent! ◆ Vanilla ice cream with blood orange espuma When I told him that he was not good at cheesecake, he prepared another dessert. When I got a bite of the cheesecake that my friend ordered, it was excellent! !! !! I thought it was a waste, but I was able to know the two patterns of vanilla ice cream with blood orange espuma, which was delicious (laughs). All the dishes were delicious and I was impressed with the presentation! It's hard to make a reservation, but I definitely want to visit again! !! !!
