茶髪で眼鏡の女性。患者を小馬鹿に扱う態度。あっこの人かと思いました。
先生は把握なさっていらっしゃらないのかも。不愉快に思うって指摘した方が良いですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生方はとても親身に話を聞いて下さり、適切な処置をして頂いております。ですが茶髪で眼鏡をかけた受付の方が酷いです。相手をバカにしたようなしゃべり方や態度、また対応も適当で本当に行くたびに大変ストレスです。ケセラさんもなぜクビにならないのか不思議なレベルです。このままあの方が態度を改めたりクビにならない限り行くことはないかなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は本当に素晴らしいですが、受付が酷すぎて毎回毎回嫌な思いをします。何回説明しても薬の処方間違えるし、受付の方が肝斑の薬って言ってから口元に手を当てながら『あっ』と言って言い直したり、何のあっなんですか？あっとか言われて言い直される方が不愉快なんですが。毎回毎回わざと私に嫌がらせしてるのかと思うくらいに行きたくなくなります。薬のみでお願いしますと診察券を出す際に言っても薬のみになってなかったり、本当に毎回なんでこんなに不手際が多いんだろうって悲しくなります。先生も看護師さんも本当に素晴らしく良い病院ですが、毎回毎回受け付けの方の対応に本当に疲れて嫌な思います。

納得のいく位置に空けられるよう何回も確認しながら場所を決めていただき、満足しています。
その時、娘が貧血を起こしてしまったのですが、スタッフの皆さんに大変優しく丁寧に介抱していただきました。恐縮する娘に、よくあることよーと声をかけてもらい、安心したといっていました。
そして、最近追加のピアスをお願いに行ったのですが、前回貧血を起こしたことを覚えていてくださり、こちらからお伝えする前に受付の方から「今回はリクライニング椅子で横になって施術しましょうね」と声掛けしてもらい、とてもありがたかったです。案の定少し貧血を起こしましたが、そのまま治るまでゆっくり休ませて頂いて無事かえってきました。コロナワクチンの接種もありお忙しい中、きめ細かい対応をしていただき母娘で感謝しています。先生、スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました

いつも超絶混んでいて、待ち時間も数時間になったりするのですが、
それでもきちんと診てくださるし、私自身は受付で何かの目に遭ったこともないので、通っていました。
しかし最近、待ち時間が若干短くなったと思っていたら、文字通り1分もたたずに問診が終わりました。院長先生でしたが、患部も一回も見られずに、『継続で同じものお出ししますね』で終わりました。
2ヶ月に1回程度しか行かないので、その時々で悩みも変わります。色々相談したいこともあるのに、時間節約のためか、秒で終わってしまったので本当にびっくりました。残念です。
今までお世話になってきたので、3にさせていだだきました。
