★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4年前になりますが、今まで１度も健診を受けたこともなく、病院にも受診したことがなかったのですが、家族からの勧めもあり健診を受けました。
たまプラーザの周辺には病院がいくつかあり迷っていたのですが、近所の方から内科と皮膚科ともに丁寧で優しいお医者さんだと伺い、松田クリニックさんを選びました。
健診の結果、肺のレントゲンで気になるところがあるので、念のためと院長先生が東京の大学病院に紹介して下さったのですが、そこで早期の肺がんが見つかりました。肋骨と重なった雲のような影で、普通なら見逃されていてもおかしくない微妙な異常だったそうです。早期発見だったこともあり、手術もうまくいき、現在まで再発なく、経過をみている最中です。
私の病気を見つけてくださった院長先生には本当に感謝しています。

Sometimes it was early detection, surgery goes well, it is not recurring until now, and we are seeing the progress.
I am really thankful to the director for finding my sickness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも家族で皮膚科にお世話になっています。副院長先生は子供にもとても優しく接して下さいます。先日もいつものように皮膚科を受診した際、咳をしている私に呼吸器内科の専門でいらっしゃる院長先生の受診を勧められました。内科の受診は初めてだったのですが、院長先生もとても丁寧に診てくださいました。喘息かもしれないということで、大変丁寧に検査などしてくださり、次回の受診予約まで取って経過も診てくださったりと、とても精神的にも安心でき、咳も止まりました。咳などでお困りの方は松田クリニックの呼吸器内科で一度はご相談されることを私はお勧めいたします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「昨夜の病状を説明してください」と言われ、説明したのですが松田院長(男性の先生)が理解できなかったようで同行していた親に向かって「お子さん日本語分かりますか？」と言われました。「もう良いよ、帰ろう」と親に声をかけると横から「どうぞどうぞ」と言われる始末。他の方のクチコミを見た限り、松田院長の評判はやっぱり良くないようですね。何が不満なのかわかりませんが、医師として以前に大人として常識のある対応をとって頂きたいです。大変不快な思いをしました。
正直松田院長はその時々により気性も変わっているように思います。話を聞いてくれる時もあれば突然態度が悪くなっているような時もあり意味がわかりません。その時の機嫌？気分？わかりませんが、仕事だということを弁えて頂きたいです。大きい病院の医師ならばまだこのような事は少ないのでしょうが、小さいクリニックだから医師のレベルが低いのも仕方ないことなのかもしれませんね。

If you are a doctor in a large hospital, this kind of thing is still rare, but since it is a small clinic, it may be unavoidable that the level of doctors is low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7：30から電話して、10分で満員。8：40から電話しても全く繋がらず、直接、来院しましたが、電話予約以外は受付ないと言われて、電話が繋がらないから来院したのに。。土曜に電話診察してもらい、コロナは陰性で熱はなく、下痢が続いているので近くで診てもらおうと思って本人は家に置いて、予約だけ取りに来たきのですが、ホームページには直接来ても診療できない事があると一言書いていただければ今度は行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約システムを使っているのに呼び出されて行くと一時間近く待たされます、謎です。しかも待合室が密になってます。。
前回、いつものように自動音声の電話で呼び出されたので「どうせ待つだろう」と思いちょっと家の用事を済ませてから向かおうと思っていたらしばらくして受付の人から電話がかかって来てしまいました。急いで向かうとやはり一時間近く待ちました。。
受付の人のハンドリングの問題だと思いますがどうにかならないでしょうか？
院長は知りませんが皮膚科の女医先生は診断が的確で簡潔に伝えてくれるのでドライさを感じる方もいるようですが僕は気に入っております。いつもお世話になっております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかくいつも混んでいます。受付の人が多すぎる上に要領が悪く融通きかない。皮膚科の先生は感じよく、信頼できるのですが、受付は何か勘違いしてるのか、杓子定規に上からものを言います、とても感じ悪く行きたくなくなります。他のクリニックを探します。
