店長かどうかはわからないが厨房の機嫌の悪そうな人が入口のドアが開けっぱなしにされるたびに何度も「全開！」と怒鳴っていた。ちょっと閉めて、というレベルではなく叫んでいた。不快でした。私たちは開けっぱなしにはしていません。そんなに嫌なら自動ドアにするか自分で閉めればいいのに。
料理ができても全然運ばれてこない。できあがっているであろう料理が厨房横に置いてあるのが見えていたがホールの従業員にできていることを声掛けようともしないので運ばれてこない。
魚メインのお店で「本日の味噌汁」と謳っておいて油揚げだけの味噌汁はさすがにないかなと。牛丼屋で付いてくるような味噌汁で300円はがっかりです。それもこちらからは置きっぱなしにされているのがよく見えていて全然運ばれてこないから完全に冷めきっていました。丼を食べ終わったあとにようやく届きましたが本当にいらなかったなと。
他にもいろいろありますし再訪はありませんが意見が欲しいとのことなので記載しておきます。

Even if I can cook, it is not carried at all. I could see the food that would have been prepared next to the kitchen, but it wasn't brought in because I didn't even try to tell the employees in the hall what it was done.
At the fish-based restaurant, I sang "Today's miso soup" and wondered if the miso soup that was just fried tofu would be true. The miso soup that comes with a beef bowl shop is disappointing for 300 yen. It was completely cold because I could see that it was left unattended from here and it was not carried at all. It finally arrived after I finished eating the bowl, but I didn't really need it.
There are many other things, and I will not return, but I would like to hear your opinions, so I will describe them.

ランチメニューは定食や丼物やカレーなど豊富だった。
う〜ん。。ランチ利用はもういいかな…。
定食だとご飯と味噌汁おかわり自由と表記を見て頼んでみましたが…
ご飯がとにかく美味しくない。
ベタベタでだまが出来ているご飯。
居酒屋の米に文句をつけても仕方ないと一瞬思いましたがいやいやランチ営業でそれ専用のメニュー充実させてるくらいなんだからもうちょっとまともなのが良かった。
米の質とかじゃなくて炊き方とか水の量とか炊けた後ちゃんと混ぜてない感じ。

For a moment I thought it was unavoidable to complain about the rice in the izakaya, but no, it was good that it was a little more decent because the lunch business had a full menu for it.
It's not the quality of the rice, but the way it's cooked, the amount of water, and the feeling that it's not mixed properly after cooking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムに伺い、北海三種丼(1,400円)を頼みましたがメニュー写真と全然違いかなり貧相でした苦笑 カニ身も水っぽく味がなかったです・・。
お値打ちなものもあるのでそちらを頼んだ方が満足いくかもしれませんがあまり期待しない方がいいかと。
I visited at lunch time and asked for the Hokkai Sankin Don (1,400 yen), but it was quite poor, unlike the menu photo. The crab meat was watery and had no taste.
There are some that are good value, so it may be more satisfying to ask for them, but you shouldn't expect too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豪快イカ天はそこそこ美味しかったです。
出来るだけ衣は薄めでとお願いしておいて正解でした。
衣少なめで良い感じでした。
ただ揚げ方があまり上手では無く、ほとんど揚げ過ぎていて身が収縮しカチカチになっていました。
イカ独特のプリプリ感は皆無です。
硬いゴムの様でした。
刺身特盛も頼みましたがメニューの写真の様な鮮度では有りません。
マグロもサーモンも酸化していて表面の色も悪く、軽く嫌な匂いも有りました。
これで１１００円は無いなぁと言う感想です。
近くの回転寿司の魚べいの寿司でも食べて鮮魚とは何か勉強して出直して欲しいところです。
アルコールも飲み放題１２００円と謳っていますが、チャージや全く美味しく無いお通し料金など色々入って２０００円くらいと思っておいた方がいいです。
ビール選択も確か追加料金だったかと。
一人で料理２品と飲み放題で計４０００円くらいの会計でした。
このお店とは全く関係無いですが安くガッツリ飲んで食べてなら近くの鳥貴族で３０００円で済ませられるのでそっちの方が酒飲みにはアリですね。
特にこちらでは分煙として喫煙者用に店内に喫煙ルームを用意されていますが、換気が悪いのか室内に匂いが漏れて来ています。
客が少ない時間帯に入店すると客寄せの為に歩道から丸見えの席に案内されます。
それは別に構わないんですが、その隣に喫煙室を設けられているので臭くてたまりません。
一人一人のコメントに店側としてコメントを返されている様ですが、全部口だけなのかな？と疑ってしまいます。

If you enter the store during a time when there are few customers, you will be guided to the seats in full view from the sidewalk to attract customers.

ですがオーダーミスがひどいです。
頼んだものが来ないので聞いてみると謝罪なく今から作ると言われたのでもう行きません。
店員の態度もそれ相応なので残念です。
