★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲み物が出てくるのに15分もかかった。言い訳されて混んでいるからというから自分でやるから置いといてくれといったら機械でやるのでできないと言われた。他のお客さんもイライラしていた。サービスの提供ができないくらい混んでいるならば入場規制でもすればよいのに。時間だけは正確に過ぎていくから飲み放題にできるほど飲めません。そもそも混んでいるということはお客には関係ないと思う。二度と行きません

商品の提供が素早く、スタッフの対応も良好。木曜日でしたが、ほぼ満席なのも頷けますね。
8月23日(金)再訪、テーブル席でネット予約しましたが、なぜかカウンターに案内されました。個室をお願いしましたが、アルバイト女性(ポッチャリの方)の対応力が星一つ(笑)
店長さんが素晴らしいだけに‥残念です

飲みホは基本なので頼んでみると最初の一杯が出るのに18分かかった。飲みホの場合はさりげなく時間をカットされることがあるのでスマホでタイマーを作動させてるので間違いない。
この時間はとても長く感じた。二度ほど催促したほとである。
接客がひどいとは思わなかったが回っていないというのが素直な印象。土曜日の夜と言うこともあるのかもしれないが飲みホでやってる以上、時間だけは正確でサービスの提供は妥協しほしいは通じないだろう。
二杯目以降も遅いことを予想して早めに頼むように心がける必要はある。
料理は可もなく不可もなく居酒屋としてなんら問題はない。それだけに最初の一杯のビールが残念でならない。
次に行くか？と問われれば週末、金曜日は行かない。と言うだろう。
空いているなら楽しめるがキャパオーバーしてる時の飲みホほど金の無駄はないのだから。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン店居酒屋は個人ではほとんどチョイスしないのですが、会社の飲み会では私は幹事しないので、基本、こーゆーお店になります。
んで、今回は飲み放題付きで3500円というコースで利用しました。
で、ほとんど期待していなかったのですが、たまたまかもしれませんが、座席のスペースがゆったりしていて、よくあるすだれだけで区切っただけでしゃなくて、ちゃんとした個室でした。
それに料理も、まあ食材は安いのがおおいですが、ちゃんと調理してあって、予想よりも悪くない。さらに量もしっかりあって、お腹いっぱいになりました。
また飲み放題のドリンクメニューも多めで、次に何飲もっかな？と迷うぐらい。提供も早かったです。
店員さんの接客もはきはきしてよかったです。
すみません、ちょっとチェーン居酒屋のイメージ、変わりました。
流石に少人数のときに選択するかと聞かれると迷いますが、大人数で飲むときにはお店の候補に入れてもいいかも。
