時間はかかりましたが、ほぼ全てのデータが復旧できましたので満足しています。
My MacBook stopped booting and I had Apple support look at it, but I was diagnosed with an OS that I couldn't find. If you repair it, you can use it, but the data will be lost, so if you need the data, you should ask a specialist, so I searched on the net and asked for it.
It took a while, but I am satisfied because almost all the data was recovered.

翌週月曜日の朝に予約を取り関内オフィスへHDDを持ち込みました。
診断の結果、中度の障害でHDDのファイルは取り出せそうとのことで復旧をお願いしました。
追加オプションでクローンHDDの作成も依頼しました。
翌日火曜日の午前中に作業完了の連絡があり、午後にHDDを引き取りを行い、会社に戻ってクローンHDDにてパソコンが無事に起動しました。
迅速に復旧作業をしていただき大変助かりました。

I made a reservation the next Monday morning and brought the HDD to the Kannai office.
As a result of the diagnosis, it was possible to retrieve the files on the HDD due to a moderate failure, so I asked for recovery.
I also requested the creation of a clone HDD as an additional option.
The next Tuesday morning, I was notified that the work was completed, and in the afternoon I picked up the HDD, returned to the office, and the computer started up safely with the clone HDD.
It was very helpful to have the restoration work done quickly.
