お値段安ければ。店の飾り付け良く観て見ると楽しい。盛蕎麦の器横に、違う店の名前が有る。?

「とんかつせいろ」 本日は桐生からの帰途、小山で途中下車して、久々にお蕎麦屋さん「今昔」さんでボリュームたっぷりの「とんかつせいろ」を頂きました。ハーフがメニューにあるのが納得! 結構更科そばと特徴ある「とんかつ」がマッチして美味しく頂きました。
"Tonkatsuhiro" Today I came back from Yayoi and got off at a small mountain, and after a long time I got a hearty "Ton katsuhiro" with a soba noodle shop "now-old". I understand that half is in the menu! It was delicious that the "Shinkatsu Soba", which is quite similar to Soshina Soba, matched.

とても上品な白いお蕎麦。更科系、御前蕎麦というのでしょうか。 つゆは東京の藪蕎麦系でも辛汁という甘味の少ない醤油の濃いタイプです。 蕎麦を全部浸したら塩気が濃くて食べられませんので先だけ浸すという江戸スタイルが好きな方には最高ではないでしょうか。 私は甘めのつゆで田舎そばが好みのため、少し浸すという食べ方が難しく、そば湯で少し薄めて全部浸しにして食べました。 頼めば関西風も甘めのそばつゆも対応してくれるとか。 蕎麦の量は田舎そば並に山盛りなので、江戸前の少ない蕎麦では足りない人にはとてもうれしいでしょう。 天ぷらはごま油で揚げたらしくかなり重め。 天せいろは天ぷらハーフ1550円でも、お蕎麦が多いこともあり少食の女性にはきついかもしれません。 店内も風情があり、少ない人数で一生懸命頑張ってます。 グループで同じものを頼むとかして、まったり待つのが粋かもしれません。

The tempura is fried in sesame oil and is quite heavy. Even if the tempura is tempura half 1550 yen, there are many soba noodles, so it may be hard for women who eat less. The shop has a nice atmosphere, and we are working hard with a small number of people. It may be cool to wait for the same thing in a group, for example.

久しぶり寄ってみた。やはり先代とは、麺の太さ食感が違う。天ぷらもフリッターに近い。さくさくはしているが、見た目も上品さがない。ただつゆは同じように感じた。相変わらず人気はあるが、先代の味が恋しくなルノは、私だけだろうか?

2021年6月来店。 提供時間は少しかかりますので、急いでいる方は要注意です。 せいろそばを頂きました。とても美味しかったですが、量と代金を考えるとどうでしょう、、といったところ。量より質のツウの方であれば試す価値アリです。

小山駅近くの手打ち蕎麦屋さん。休日お昼時でちょうど満員くらいの感じですぐに座れました。従業員二人なので時間がかかるという表示があり、どれだけかかるのか不安でしたが天ぷら蕎麦で待ち時間20分ほどで提供されました。 お蕎麦はコシも香りも十分ですが少し好みよりも太かったです。つゆはかなり濃いめで独特でしたが濃すぎるということもなかったです。天ぷらは外はサクサクですが衣が少し厚く粉っぽく感じるものもありました。天ぷら分のお値段が高めかなと思いますが満足できる蕎麦でした。

今日は秋晴れで蕎麦の気分。 というわけで、さらしな蕎麦を注文。 うどんかと思うほど白くてびっくり‼️ だけどしっかり蕎麦なのと、こしがあって美味しかったです。 にんにくのかき揚げもねっとりしてておすすめ? ただしちょっと時間がかかるので、お腹を空かせ過ぎていくと待ちきれないかも?
