2.賃料自体が相場（場所、築年数）からすると適正でない。
3.殆どの物件が、共益費、駐車場を別賃料で取っていて相場より高い。
4.それらの事を指摘し、賃料交渉すると「別からも問合せある。他で探せ。」と追い出される。
1. The property whose rent is described as "consultation" is decided by looking at the other party.
2. The rent itself is not appropriate considering the market price (location, age).
3. Most of the properties have a common service fee and a parking lot for a separate rent, which is higher than the market price.
4. If you point out those things and negotiate the rent, you will be kicked out saying "I have another inquiry. Look elsewhere."
