とにかく待ち時間が長い。
体調が悪いから薬をもらいに行っているのに、待っている時間がひたすらツラく感じました。

日曜日の朝でどこも開いていなかったため大変助かりました。またスタッフの方がとても親身に対応して下さいました。

It was very helpful because it wasn't open anywhere on Sunday morning. Also, the staff was very kind to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オンラインで服薬指導を受けられて便利だと思います。薬の郵送で伺っていた日に届かず問い合わせたところ、不足の薬がある為発送出来なかったと言われました。不足なのは仕方ないですが、分かった時点で患者に連絡すべきです。不親切だなあと思いました。結局受診後4-5日経ちようやく服薬にありつけましたが、その間市販薬で対応していたので、受診した意味あったかなあと。

When I inquired about the medicine because it did not arrive on the day I was inquiring by mail, I was told that it could not be shipped because there was a shortage of medicine. It's unavoidable that there is a shortage, but you should contact the patient when you find out. I thought it was unfriendly. After all, 4-5 days after the consultation, I finally started taking the medicine, but during that time I was treated with over-the-counter medicines, so I wonder if it made sense to have a consultation.
