★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12時に用事が終わり、眼科に行くために外食をし、遠くから時間をかけて3時の午後診療へ。
行くと完全予約制だと言われ、早くて4時半だと言われる。
HPは事前に見ていたが、完全予約制とは分かりにくい書き方だった。
ある検査をしてもらいたくて行っていたので説明し、してもらえるとのことで予約し、1時間半ひたすら待ちぼうけ。
時間15分前に行き外の椅子に座って名前呼ばれるまで待っていた。
だいぶ経ってから「受付してませんよね?」と言われ、慌てて問診票を持って来た。
こっちが座って待ってたのが悪いかのような口ぶり。
ようやく検査に入り、視力検査の際に、してもらうと言っていた検査の事を話すと、それは出来ないと言われる。
予約の際に話したと伝えたが、納得いく説明はされず。
じゃあキャンセルしますと伝えると黙り込む。
他に行っても一緒ですよと何度も言われる。
他の眼科と一緒かどうかは関係ない。
検査をしてもらえると言われたからあれだけ何時間も待ったのに、このやり場のない怒りをどこにぶつけたらいいんでしょうか。
しっかりとした謝罪も無かった。待たせた時間分詫び金がほしい。
さっさと家に帰れば良かった。ストレスでしかなかったです。星1つも付けたくない。もう二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の10時頃に目の痒みで初診で伺いました。眼圧検査、診察、お会計で1時間ほどでした。看護師さんは比較的愛想がよく、雰囲気のいいクリニックでした。診察も丁寧で大変好感をもちました。

結論から言うとものもらいだったため、
診察自体はすぐ終わりましたが、丁寧に炎症部位の説明して貰えました。
最初の受付、忙しそうにはしていましたが、
特段他の口コミ程愛想が悪いわけでも、良い訳でもなく、普通の対応でした。問診票を書いた後の簡単な聞き取りも、不快になる様な言い方ではない普通の対応でした。
まぁ、笑顔を愛想と捉えるのなら、マスクもありますし『無かった』一択ですけど、眼科に求めているのは別にそういう事じゃなないので私は満足です。
朝の9時頃に電話で予約をして、お昼前の診察でしたが、混んだ様子は見受けられず、トータルで30分ぐらいの滞在時間だったと思います。
担当してくれたお医者さんは女の方でしたが、こちらは受付の方々とは違って柔和な感じで優しかったです。
問診も威圧的ではなくて良かったと思います。
強いて挙げるなら、お医者さん特有の必殺:早口でしたので、もし気になるならば一言伝えればいいのかなって思うところです。私個人としては充分聞き取れる範囲でしたので問題なかったです。
症状の経過はまだ分かりませんが、とりあえず今日のところは満足でした、駅ナカなんでご飯でも食べて帰ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライアイと花粉症のアレルギーで診てもらいました。女医さんなので、女性の方は話しやすいかなと思います。駅近、予約制なので行きやすいです。悪い口コミが多々あるのは、病院あるあるかなと思います。診察してもらった感じ別に普通の病院です。親切にしてもらいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付スタッフが、ちょっと事務的な対応でした。それと、待ち時間が長かったです。
診察はこちらの内容もしっかり伝わって、無事にして貰い、薬も貰えましたので、良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一部書かれているような感じ悪さはいっさいありませんでした。逆に、問診等で私のつたない説明でも理解してくれて、助かりました。求めるのはお愛想ではなく、こうゆう事ですよね。先生もはっきりしていて、わかりやすいです。自己判断で適当なことをしていたので、ピシッと言われちゃった感がありますが(-.-;)、その方が自身のためになりますよね。
ただ、予約制になってとてもスムーズに進み良いのですが、最終受付が早いです。6時〜6時30分枠が欲しいなぁ、、っと懇願!

目の不調のため、症状に対応出来そうなクリニックを探していました。アクセスもよく、予約も簡単なこともありここに辿り着き受診しました。
皆様テキパキと動いて流れはスムーズで、検査機械も他で受診した機械より素人ながら精度の高さを感じました。
先生には丁寧に現状を教えて頂き、もっとしっかりと調べる必要があることもわかり満足しました。
