★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 唯一無二の水餃子。ゴマのソースが絡まる独特の薄い三角形の水餃子が本当に美味しい。これとビールだけで最高の休日を送ることができる。小さい頃から祖母の家に行ったらこの中華に行って水餃子を食べるのが大好きなイベントだった。本場にもこの水餃子があるのかと思ったら店長のオリジナルだとわかった。完成度がそれだけ高い究極の水餃子。このお店が万が一なくなってしまったらどうやって生きていこうかと頭を抱えてしまう、そんな常連は本当にたくさんいるだろう。おばあちゃん店員が名物。とっても優しいオーラで癒やされる。この水餃子を永遠に！！！！

新型コロナの緊急事態宣言下でもテイクアウト対応しているが、テイクアウトには割り箸やスプーン等が一切付いてない。
天気がいい日に近所の公園で食べようと炒飯や水餃子をテイクアウトしたが、箸やスプーンが付いておらず唖然とした。おかげで木の枝で食べる羽目になった。
All dishes are above average but all Ikansen tastes too strong.
