T	T N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅街の中華屋さんと侮っていたが、試しに入ってみたらビックリした。地元の人がよく使っているようで、お客さんは若い人からおじいちゃんおばあちゃんまで多種多様。店内は明るくきれい。厨房も見えるが、厨房も綺麗だし、料理人の方の服装も白い調理服？で清潔感があって素晴らしかった。街の中華料理屋は店内は暗いし油汚れが多く、厨房は汚い、料理人も服装は汚い傾向があるが、味大将は非常に清潔でよい。今回はチャーハンとエビチリを注文。そこまで期待していなかったが、予想に反してかなりうまい！この値段でこの味は素晴らしい。チャーハンは日本人向けな感じだが、バサバサしてないし、かといって脂ぎってるわけでもない。具に入ってるチャーシューがとてもいいアクセント。大盛りを注文したが、かなり多いのでよほど腹ペコでもない限り普通盛りでいいと思う。エビチリはよくある片栗粉の衣はないタイプ。エビは大きく、臭みもまったくなくぷりぷり。安いところのエビチリは臭いし衣が溶けていたりするがここのはとっても美味しい。永福町は大勝軒のイメージが強いが、すこし探すとこういう美味しいお店が点在しているのがよい。また行きたい。 I was despised as a Chinese restaurant in a residential area, but I was surprised when I tried it.
