分岐していた羽島線がそのまま残る形で現在に至っています。

かつて竹鼻線がこの駅から大須駅まであった頃は、普通電車が一部通過してました。
現在は大須方面は廃線になり、全列車が停まります。
新羽島駅と羽島市役所前駅の間は、すれ違い出来ないから、1列車しか入線出来ずホーム1本の江吉良駅は、上下列車が同じホームに停まります。
新羽島駅と同様ですけどね。
A station between Shin Hashima Station and Hashima City Hall Station.
When the Takenashi Line used to run from this station to Osu Station, some regular trains passed through.
Currently, the Osu area has been discontinued and all trains stop.
Since you cannot pass between Shin Hashima Station and Hashima City Hall Station, you can only enter one train, and at Egira Station, which has one platform, the upper and lower trains stop at the same platform.
It's the same as Shin Hashima station.
