If you don’t care too much about the look of the egg tart, sometimes they have a 5 for 450 yen egg tart deal. Tastes the same, looks a little uglier. I make sure to grab a bag of that every time.

There were 2 staff, one to consolidate the products the lady requested and another girl to manage the cashier. The girl completed the order but never wanted to ask me what I need. Thought she wanted to greet the old lady until she leaves I suppose this is Japanese culture, suddenly an uncle just ordered puddings at the other side of the counter and this girl immediately attended to him and told the cashier to settle the bill. Was I transparent? I was surprised that both of them carried on to serve the uncle. There were only 3 customers including me, but there were 3 staff in total and the counter was really small, it's really tight to fit all 3 staff so it's not like you have many things to take care at that moment. You only have one job, do it properly. For the management, re-educate your staff please.
T	Therese Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These Portuguese egg tarts were sold out when I went to Eggcellent at Roppongi Hills so I was curious to try when I saw that they had a shop just selling these. As they can keep for a week in the fridge (and can be eaten frozen they say), I decided to get six, which came in a nice box. I have yet to try them frozen but they tasted best on the day I bought them: crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Reheating them at home somehow made the pastry too soft. Will definitely go back and get one or two at a time, especially when there are never any queues, unlike Gazta next door.
