繋がらないので万が一の事故の時も対応してくれないと思います。

うち一回は給付対象外でイラッとしましたが、オペレーターの方の対応レベルには感銘を受けてます。保険会社に良い評価を付けるのは微妙ですが、10年間の感謝の意味も込めて。
Joined for 10 years and operated 3 times during that period. Hospitalized twice.
One of them was not covered by the benefits and I was frustrated, but I was impressed by the level of response of the operators. It's subtle to give a good rating to an insurance company, but with the meaning of gratitude for 10 years.
