ニュウスタイル銀座千疋屋は小さな店舗でフルーツ・スイーツの販売コーナーと3テーブル分のカフェが併設されています。
注文したのは、

季節限定のいちごパフェです。
苺は2017年に品種登録された「きらび香」で、銀座千疋屋では「煌（きらめき）」ブランドで売られているそうです。
「きらび香」は紅ほっぺと章姫とを掛け合わせた品種だそうです。
苺パフェはグラスに7粒分たっぷりのっています。
苺は柔らかく、甘酸っぱい味わい。酸味がすっきりさを感じさせてくれます。
生クリームはまったり甘いです。
苺のアイスクリームは、苺の味わいのまま甘酸っぱい味わいです。
その下のバニラアイスクリームはすっきりした味わいです。
一番下にある、苺のジュレはかなり酸っぱい味わいです。
