★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 渓流釣りで行ったんですが、エサの容器やコンビニで買ったと思われる食べ物や飲料水のゴミが捨てられてて残念な感じがしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 背戸峨廊にある片鞍の滝。(トッカケ滝から30分登った所にありますが、危険なため初心者にはオススメできません。)背戸峨廊は綺麗な水質なんですが、国道沿いの夏井川の水はあまり綺麗ではなくゴミが多いでのでオススメできません。篭場の滝も迫力に欠けますし駐車スペースもほぼないので、行くなら駐車場やトイレも確り完備された背戸峨廊のトッカケ滝まで(徒歩約20～30分)が初心者にもオススメです。
Katagaki Falls in the Backo Corridor. (There is 30 minutes from Tokkake waterfall, but it is dangerous and can not recommend it to beginners.) The backwaters are beautiful water quality, but the water of the Natsui River along the national road is not so beautiful and there are a lot of trash I can not recommend it. It is recommended for beginners that it is about 20 to 30 minutes walk to the Tockaque waterfall in the back door, complete with parking lots and restrooms, as the waterfalls in the park are not powerful and there is almost no parking space.

心からお見舞い申し上げます。
本日10/18会社が休みで、
先週頭に行こうと決めていました。
矢祭町にある滝川渓谷から車で2時間かかりました。
いわき市の街から夏井川に向かうと車が多く、ナビの予定時間ではam10:50着でしたが、通行止めの看板があり諦めました。
道中感じた事があります。
台風の影響で川が氾濫し、住宅地が床上浸水している住宅が多く、浸水による家具・家電によるゴミの山が…
家の中・周りの清掃している方を見ると、
もし自分の家が！と考えさせられました。
1日でも早い復旧を望んでいます。
近いうちに改めて行きたいと思います。
遅くなりましたが、2019/11/07追記！
翌週に同市の業者さんから状況を聞きました。
貯水池も崩壊した事で氾濫が拡散した事です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅葉や山つつじ、渓谷はとても綺麗でよいですが、ゆっくり走行しながら楽しむのではなく、車を停めて楽しむようお願いしたいです。
川前地区と市街地方面へのアクセスは原則この道路しかなく、道幅も狭く見通しの悪いカーブも多いため、景色を楽しむスピード（30km/h台とか）で走られるとかなり迷惑です。
生活道路である事も理解いただき走っていただけたらと思います。

As a general rule, this road is the only way to access the Kawamae area and the city area, and the width of the road is narrow and there are many curves with poor visibility, so it is quite annoying if you can drive at a speed that allows you to enjoy the scenery (such as 30km / h).

夏井川渓谷より4km程内陸部方向に夏井川渓谷錦展望台がありました?
こちらも春になれば、もっと綺麗な景色になるんでしょうね?
