★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とうえい温泉の建物の裏を通るかたちで道があり、道中から滝を流れ落ちる音を聞くことができる。
展望台からは流れ落ちる上面および斜めから側面を眺められる。
正面から見たい場合は反対側から川縁に降りることになるが、ふつうに眺める場合はこちらが無難。
冒頭のアクセスルートは道中が排水溝？のちょうど上になる。金属製のふたであり雨雪のときは足下に気をつける必要がありそう。
 There is a road that passes behind the building of Touei Onsen, and you can hear the sound of the waterfall flowing down the road.
From the observatory, you can see the top and the sides that flow down.
If you want to see it from the front, you will go down to the river edge from the other side, but if you want to see it normally, this is safe.
Is the access route at the beginning a drainage ditch along the way? Just above. It's a metal lid, so you need to be careful about your feet when it's raining or snowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東栄温泉のすぐ裏の道を数分歩いたところに展望台があります。近くで滝を見ることができます。ただ、真正面から見てみたいなあ。
The observatory is just a few minutes walk from the road just behind Toei Onsen. You can see the waterfall nearby. However, I want to see it from the front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望台と言っても高低差はなく滝を横から見ることが出来るように作られた場所です。少し滑りやすい鉄板の上を歩きますので気を付けて下さい。竜神伝説に関して少し紹介されていました。願いの叶う鐘を鳴らして15分ほどのんびりしてきました。
There is no height difference even if it is called an observation deck, it is a place made to be able to see the waterfall from the side. Take care as you walk on a slightly slippery steel plate. A little was introduced about the dragon god legend. I rang a wish bell and I have been relaxing for about 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とうえい温泉のちょうど裏側にある滝です。
車は温泉駐車場に止められます。
そこから歩いて3分くらいで、展望台までたどり着けます。
夏場は風が通って、結構涼しいところです。
とうえい温泉訪問の際は、ぜひ見学してみてください。
It is a waterfall just behind Touei Onsen.
The car can be parked in the hot spring parking lot.
It takes about 3 minutes on foot from there to reach the observatory.
It's a pretty cool place with a breeze in the summer.
Please take a look when you visit Touei Onsen.

After seeing it from the front, I learned that there is an observatory. It was good because it was maintained as it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東栄温泉花まつりの湯の建物の横から入り込んで突き当たりが展望台です。正面からではなく横から見る感じになります。正面から見る場合は対岸の駐車場から河原に降りる道があるようです。
The observatory is at the end of the Toei Onsen Hana Matsuri no Yu building. It feels like you are looking from the side instead of the front. When viewed from the front, there seems to be a way down to the riverbank from the parking lot on the opposite bank.

晴れて綺麗な景色でした！
しかし展望台からだと横からの景色しか見えないため反対側から見るのも面白いと思います！
展望台には鐘もありますよ！

降りて絶景を見れば疲れは吹っ飛びますよぉ。??
駐車場は無料。
