川は透明度が高く、深過ぎず、安心して遊べました！とにかく最高でした‼︎
ただ、繁忙期は乳岩峡駐車場（無料）が満車になってる事が多く、先日は1.2キロほど下山したあたりの民間駐車場（有料）に停めてから乳岩峡まで歩きました。
 I went to play with a 4 year old daughter for a river.
The river is so transparent that it wasn't too deep and I could play with peace of mind! Anyway it was the best! ︎
However, during the busy season, the parking lot (free) is often full, so the other day, I parked at a private parking lot (charged) around 1.2 km down the mountain and walked to the parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乳岩コース20分は普段運動しない女性でもハァハァゼィゼィ(*´Д｀)休憩しながら倍の時間かければ何とか登ることができます。でも靴だけはスニーカー以上を履かないと木の根っこが絡み合った道やロープを伝った岩を登ったりするので無理ですよ。鬼岩コースまで行こうと思っている人は、それ以上の険しい道を行くことになりますので、登山に行く装備で臨まないとイケマセン。ハイキング感覚の方は乳岩コース20分だけにしといたほうが無難でしょう。
The 20-minute Chichiiwa course can be climbed by a woman who does not normally exercise if it takes twice as long while taking a break (* ´Д ｀). However, if you don't wear more than sneakers, you can't climb the rocks along the entwined roads and ropes. Those who are thinking of going to the Oniiwa course will have to go on a steeper road, so Ikemasen must be equipped with equipment to go mountain climbing. If you feel like hiking, it is safer to take only 20 minutes on the chichiiwa course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大岩と奇岩が多く見所満載でオススメです。駐車場から乳岩峡入り口まで20分、乳岩入り口までさらに20分、乳岩周回に一時間は見て下さい。登山道は山影で暗くなるのが早いのでご注意ください。
It is recommended because there are many big rocks and strange rocks and it is full of highlights. 20 minutes from the parking lot to the entrance to the Chichiiwa Gorge, another 20 minutes to the entrance to the Chichiiwa, and an hour to go around the Chichiiwa.
