S	SSS “Morry” M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好きなハンバーグトップ3のつばめ風ハンブルグステーキ。コロナ自粛明けの8月、恵比寿店に伺いました。ここは駅ビル内にありながら広いスペースを確保しています。例のごとく入り口で手の消毒を促され、消毒後、スタッフにが熱を測ります。問題なければ席に案内されます。夕方5時前だったため、ランチメニューでの注文です。もちろんつばめ風ハンブルグステーキをセットで注文。トマトも注文しました。水はピッチャーごと提供されます。セットのスープはなかなかのボリュームで野菜もたくさん。初めて食べましたがなかなか美味しいです。初めてトマトも頼んでみましたが、中に少し具が詰まっておりこれは好き嫌いがあると思うのでなんとも。自分には苦手な味でした。つばめ風ハンブルグステーキはアルミホイルに包まれた状態で配膳され自分でアルミホイルを破りますが、ナイフとフォークを使ってスマートに皿状に成形できるとかっこいいです。中からはハンブルグステーキがビーフシチュー＆肉のかけらと共に現れます。圧巻の美味しさ！焼いたハンバーグとはまた違う美味しさを堪能できました。次回こそ焼いたハンブルグステーキを頼んでみたいと思います。 My favorite hamburger top 3 swallow-style Hamburg steak.
