y	y.y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの資料館？に併設されているカフェ『杜のカフェ』に行きました。オープンと同時に行ったのと、コロナ禍ということもあって私だけでした。東根の特産品の麩を使ったスイーツです。面白いなぁ～と思いますが…普段、麩に食べなれている人だと味の印象？というか、こういうもの、というのが頭にインプットされているので、スイーツにされても麩は麩でした? 麩を普段あまり食べないかただと美味しくいただけるんじゃないかなと思います。パフェにも、豆麩がはいっていますが、サクサクになっています。サクサク感より白玉やタピオカみたいなもっちり系の方が好きというかたには豆麩はそのままのやわらかいまま入ってる方がいいのにーとなると思います。私はそれでした? 美味しくいただきましたが、好みの分かれるスイーツかなぁと思います。話題話にお試しにどうぞ(^^) お店の雰囲気や建物はよかったです。コロナ対策も比較的しっかりしている印象です。自動の体温測定器、来館用紙(住所・氏名・電話番号・どの施設に来たか)を記載。対面テーブルには透明のついたて。気を付けているのがわかりました。資料館もついでに見てきましたがよかったです(^^) Museum here? The parfait also contains bean fu, but it is crispy. For those who prefer a chewy type like shiratama or tapioca rather than a crispy feeling, I think it would be better to keep the bean fu as it is soft. I was that ? It was delicious, but I think it's a sweet with different tastes. Please try it for a topical story (* ^^ *) The atmosphere of the shop and the building were good. サ	サトウミユキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりできました。貸し切りできる茶室がありました。ホールでは、クラシックのライブをやっていました。カフェもありましたが、今回は利用しませんでしたが、時間がある時にゆっくり来たいところです。施設内は、コロナ感染対策徹底していたので、安心して見学できました。 I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. h	hime2017 wasabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何気なく入ったけど楽しかった。幾つかの蔵毎にカフェや歴史資料館があり、けして大掛かりではないが、他県の見たことも聞いたこともない文化に触れる事ができそういうのが好きなので面白かった。 I entered casually but it was fun. There are cafes and historical museums in each of the several warehouses, so it's not a big deal, but it was interesting because I like being able to experience cultures that I have never seen or heard in other prefectures.
