m	mimirara apple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヘアドネーション賛同サロンということで、初めていきましたが、こちらを選択して本当に後悔しかありません。別の人物の髪を渡された挙句、その後の対応も最悪でした。何年も大事に伸ばした大切な髪を、自ら手にすることなく勝手に直接会社に送られてしまったのです。最終的に寄付するものなのですが、自ら送り出したかった。どれほど大切な物かというのが、理解できなかったようです。髪を受け取りに2度行きましたが（結局そこで直接送られた事実を知るわけですが）当日すぐ対応してくれませんでした。どれほど不誠実なことをしたか自覚がないのだと思います。「確認します。連絡します」と言っていましたが、未だに連絡ありません。なので自らヘアドネーション会社に連絡しました（信用していないってのもあったのですが）店長という身でありながら髪を扱うプロとして顧客の思いが理解できていない。つまり技術があっても、そういう接客対応という評価です。今まで嫌な想いをしても「仕方がない」とクレームした事は一度もありませんでしたが、今回は同じ状況で美容室を選んでいる方がいたらと思い、投稿しました。ここはやめた方がいいです。 It was my first time to go to a salon that supports hair donation, but I really regret choosing this. So I contacted the hair donation company myself (although I didn't trust it) Although he is a store manager, he does not understand the customer's thoughts as a professional who handles hair. In other words, even if there is technology, it is evaluated as such customer service. Until now, I have never complained that there is no help for it even if I feel unpleasant, but this time I posted it, hoping that there would be someone who chose a beauty salon in the same situation. v	vitamin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年ヘアセットで行きました。予約時間に行ったのですがなかなか担当美容師さんに来てもらえず、次の予定があったので焦りました。仕上がりは綺麗でしたが崩れるのが早かったです。たまたま混んでる日だったのか、店内の雰囲気がピリピリしてるように感じて居づらかったです。 I went with a hair set last year. が	がう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約した時間の5分前に来店しました。席へすぐ案内はされたが、何も無いまま30分以上放置された。その後シャンプーして、髪が濡れたままで20分以上また席で放置され、席には前のお客さんの髪が散乱して不愉快過ぎた。この時点で1時間は待たされた。その後、謝罪もなく適当に要望を聞き流されてカット開始した結果、前髪ガタガタで刈り残しだらけで確認も無く、カット終了。仕上がりは嫌がらせを受けたレベルでした。後日、他のお店で何とか直して貰いました。眉カット、シャンプーも適当に済まされて終了。何度か利用させて頂いていて気に入っていたが、今回の事で心底呆れました。もう来店しません。カットのレベルは美容師の質が有るので良いとして、予約時間通りに対応出来ず、待たせるなら一言有っても良いのでは？社会人としていかがなものか。 I came to the store 5 minutes before the reserved time.
