★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃カメラでお世話になりました。先生の丁寧な検査、看護師さん達の優しさと励ましで乗り切りました。今どこを見てるなど、状況を伝えて下さったので患者として安心できました。検査結果の時、質問すると素人にも理解しやすく答えて下さいました。
 I was taken care of by a stomach camera. I survived with the careful examination of the teacher and the kindness and encouragement of the nurses. I was relieved as a patient because I told him the situation, such as where he was looking. At the time of the test results, if you asked a question, the answer was easy for even amateurs to understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々こうかんクリックから独立した先生で腕も良いのでついて行きました…、が土曜日の診察が集中して予約制なのに1時間待ち。ちょっと詰め込み過ぎじゃないのかな❗内視鏡の予約も混んでいて1ヶ月以上先じゃないと取れない。これではこうかんクリックと変わらない。元のクリックに戻すか思案中です。
I was originally an independent teacher from Kaku Click, so I followed her up because she had good skills ... but waited for an hour even though the consultation on Saturday was concentrated and appointments were made. I think it's a bit too packed, and there are so many appointments for endoscopes that can only be taken a month or more away. This is no different from a click. I'm thinking about returning to the original click.

丁寧に説明してもらえましたし、平日の午後に伺った際は待ち時間もそれほどかからず診て貰えました。
(これは曜日・タイミングがあるかもしれません)
駅からも近く、地下道を通っていけばほぼ濡れることもないため通いやすいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腸内視鏡検査を受けた。鎮静剤が入っていたから痛みもなく終える事が出来た。予約が入ってないと受付は混乱するようだ。
I had a colonoscopy. I was able to finish without pain because it contained a sedative. The reception seems to be confused if there is no reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもそうだが予約時間どおりに診察が開始されたことがない。
予約日時は病院側の指定にしたがっているのにも関わらず。
こういう時は、お待たせしましたの一言があればましなのだが、この病院にはそういう文化が全くない。
受付の女性も基本が理解出来ていない。
患者からの電話問い合わせも、電話を切ったあと受付担当者間で愚痴や患者を馬鹿にするような会話をする始末。
待合室で待っている患者の前で平気でそのような会話をしていたら、全部患者は見ているし聞いているんだということが分かっていないようだ。
