複雑なメニューだったためネット予約の時点で要望欄にメニューを記載し、予約していましたが席について再度要望を伝えたところ「無理」の一点張り。どうやら要望欄は目を通してないらしいです。要望欄は目を通してくれるものだとばかり思っていましたが、ここでは常識ではないようです。そのまま何もせず帰りました。予約から当日までの楽しみな気持ちや、職場から急いで向かった労力・交通費など全て返してほしいです。最悪でした。
