まず条件、予算などを伝えますが少しでも高い物件で契約させようとしてるのか、少し予算オーバーの物件を提示してきました。でも、提示してくる物件もこちらの希望を汲んでないものばかりで、再度希望を話して、、の繰り返し。
その中でも数件、内覧に行きましたが実際に見てみるとやはり微妙。
即決することは出来ません、考えます、と断ると、あなたの条件じゃいいところありませんよ？と言われました。
翌日別の不動産屋さんで良い物件を見つけてもらい、契約。
時間の無駄でした。
契約をさせるために見え見えの焦りを与えるような話し方をしてきたり、内覧からの帰宅時に「ダメそうです」などの電話を店舗にしたり、店内では他のお客さんの悪口を社員同士でしていました。非常に不愉快でした。
ここで良い評価をしている人が、他にレビューをしていないことから、ヤラセ評価なのは明らかです。
評価に騙されて行かないように。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大手不動産の塩対応とはうってかわって、かなり丁寧で寄り添ってくれました。良くも悪くも、小規模な不動産屋さんらしい必死感があると感じます。
同性のパートナーとのルームシェアという、それなりに面倒くさい案件だったと思います。実際、最初は対応探ってるなぁ、という言い回しや雰囲気を感じるところもありましたが、やりとり重ねる中でざっくばらんにやりとりしていただいた感じもあり、真摯さをひしひしと感じました。
