これでもかってくらいに鍋を
振って振って振って振って炎を通してます。
米一粒一粒から熱と香ばしさと旨味が口に広がり
あまりの美味さにとても幸せな気分になります。
コーンバターラーメンは洗練されてますが
超薄味でお勧めはできません。
ラーメンは全般的に薄味で大したことないです。
ちゃんぽんは火傷しそうなくらい熱くてよくわからない味です。
チャーハンは時間掛けてわざわざ食べに行く価値があります。

客への気配りが出来てる店は繁盛します。
チャーハンは、ビールや白飯のおかずになりそうな香ばしさが比類無し。
コーンバターラーメンは、
スープを飲干すに近いレベルまでしなければ最後のコーンは掬えませんでしたが、コーン完食のミッションは美味しく完遂しました。
常連さんの多くは、焼きそば注文されてました。
次回はビールと焼きそばを注文しようと思います。

お店が移動してこじんまりして綺麗なお店になってました。
代替わりされた様ですが、味は全く変わってませんでした。
大将とおかみさんも愛想よく気持ち良く食事が出来ました。
またチャンポンと焼き飯食べに行きます。
ご馳走様でした。

東から西に帰りがてらで反対車線でしたがUターンして正解でした。
ラーメンとチャーハン注文。両方、美味しい店はなかなかないから嬉しい。

中華そば系。ガッツリでも飲んだ後でもいける系。コシのある卵メン？食べやすい長さ。シャキシャキもやし。スープもおかわりしたいくらい最高。腹たつほど美味い
チャーハン
パラパラよりしっとりが好きなんですけど、ここ絶妙に間くらいで、まず香ばしい香りが最高。そして何より米の硬さ。あえて硬めにしてあるなら絶妙、、まあまあ食べてきた方やと思いますが今までで一番うまいチャーハンでした。
何とか文句つけるなら夜だからかお値段はそれなりに。いやでも満足感お値段以上。米の硬さと昼の値段も違うのか。また確かめに行きたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナに負けずに営業されています。バターコーンラーメンにチャーハンを頂きました。スープが美味しく麺もつるつるでおいしかったです。チャーハンも醤油がこうばしく美味しく頂けました。
コロナ関係でお店で食べれるのは、19時15分がラストオーダーでした。持ち帰りの営業は、少し延長されているもようです。お店の両横にコインパーキングがあるので、車でも来店できますよ、
