T	Tatsunori Matsui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、仕事の都合でこのホテルを利用しました。以前に地元の同じ系列のホテルを予約し大変良い感じで良い環境にスタッフさんのサービスも良く、良い気持ちになり大変満足でしたのでので、この度も神戸のここを予約しました。しかし、大変残念な気持ちからのスタートで正直困惑し何故なのかわからない…。私は長距離を運転しやっとたどり着いたホテルのパーキングに車を停めると、出て来た女性のスタッフの態度がなんとも、そっけなく…。 (いらっしゃいませ)の一言も無く、自走のタワーパーキングなので、スタッフのなんの説明も無くて、私が車からここで荷物をおろしたら良いですか？と聞くと、また嫌そうにそっけない対応…。仕事が嫌なら辞めればいい。女性スタッフは日本人で、やれやれ…こんな気持ちでチェックインとは… フロントに行くと、違う男性スタッフが対応で宿泊説明も不十分で朝食がどこで何時からなど自分で紙を見る始末…。もちろん、渡された紙をしっかり見たら書いてはいますが基本的な事は伝えてくれれば良いと思います。ダメだねここのスタッフは… もちろん、たまたま嫌なダメなスタッフに当たっのだとは思いますが、もう神戸元町ホテルは泊まらないだろうな。神戸で立地も良くほっといても客が来るだろうから、誇りがおごりになり勘違いしてるのかな？私は人にはおすすめしないし、紹介しないな。 The other day, I used this hotel for work reasons. h	h y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お部屋はもとより、温泉と朝食が最高のホテルです。温泉…洗い場も多め。女性のお風呂はシャンプーバーがあり、5種類程度のシャンプーから好きなものを選んで使えます。サウナにテレビあり。また、女性用の脱衣所には、クレンジングや化粧水、乳液、ブラシなど、一通りのアメニティが置いてあります。ドライヤーはダイソンとパナソニックのナノケアが2つずつ。朝食…バイキング形式。なんと、オムレツを目の前で焼いてくれます。和食、洋食共におかずのバリエーションが多く、これだけのためにまた来たい！と思うほどでした。お部屋…一般的なビジネスホテル。新しいのでとっても綺麗です。ただ、ダブルの部屋だと、トランクを開ける床スペースはないかもしれません。また、お部屋全体が暗めなので、メイクの時が少し困りました。神戸の主要な観光地に歩いて行けるので、トラベル向きのホテルでもあると思います！また泊まりたいです。 The hotel has the best hot springs and breakfast as well as rooms. Y	Yusuke Matsumoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出来て新しいドーミーインなだけあって、めちゃめちゃ綺麗なホテルでした。チェックイン時に、ちょっとしたトラブル(？)があったのですがフロントの女性が凄く丁寧な対応をして下さったのが良かったです！ワークデスク有りのオフィスルームに泊まりましたが、パソコンで作業するにはうってつけの部屋でした。正直、こういう部屋他のドーミーインも増やして欲しい笑大浴場がある14階には無料アイス、無料コーヒーサーバー、ウォーターサーバー、コーヒー牛乳の自販機、マッサージ機、漫画があるのでリフレッシュ出来ます！ホテルの真隣に中華街がある好立地なので、食事には全く困りません！個人的に気に入ったのが、朝食に出てくる牛丼ですね。ドーミーインで色んな朝食を頂いて来ましたが、個人的にはここの牛丼が一番美味しかったです。オムレツも焼き立てが食べられます。この朝食会場にココアやコーヒーやホットミルクのサーバーがあるので、無料で入れて部屋に持ち帰る事も出来て良かったです。今回兵庫県のワクチン接種県民割で泊まりましたが、他のドーミーインと比べても一二を争うレベルだと思います！ It was a very beautiful hotel as it was a new Dormy Inn. I had various breakfasts at Dormy Inn, but personally, the beef bowl here was the most delicious. You can also eat freshly baked omelets. There is a server for cocoa, coffee and hot milk at this breakfast venue, so it was nice to be able to put it in for free and take it back to the room. I stayed at the vaccination prefectural discount in Hyogo prefecture this time, but I think that it is a level that competes with other Dormy Inns!
S	SUCH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安定のドーミーインの新施設に行って来ました。元々ドーミーインは清掃が行き届いていてどこの店舗行ってもかなり清潔ですが、新築の施設ということもあり、他の店舗にも増して大変綺麗なホテルでした！大浴場、サウナはもちろんパーフェクト、ドーミーインお馴染みのフリードリンクや夜鳴きそばで大満足。ちょっと足を運べば中華街も近くにあるので、お持ち帰り点心でも買って帰れば緊急事態宣言やまん防の期間中でも部屋飲みで楽しく過ごせると思います。三宮から少し歩きますが、アクセスも悪く無く旅行でもローカル使いでも良いホテルです！ I went to a new stable Dormy Inn facility. I	Iam amaco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南京町のすぐお隣と言うか、南京町内にあると言っても良いホテルなので、南京町で点心をテイクアウトしてホテルで熱々のまま、ゆったりいただくことが出来、最高の立地でしたよ(•‿•) 港の方へもウォーキングがてら行ける距離なので、本当に便利なホテルでした。サウナ情報としては、ビジネスホテルにあるサウナの中ではとっても広いです。女性用でも92〜94度位あり高温です(；･`ω･´)12〜13度の強冷水もあり、露天風呂にはイスもありととのいます。サウナ好きには有難いです。浴場の洗い場も１０個位はあり、待たずにすみ助かりました。後ね、シャンプーバーもありましたよ。ロッカーも広めです。ロッカーの中にスリッパ入れもあり、有難いサービス間違わずにすみます。スキンケアセットも脱衣場にあるので、忘れても助かります。浴場のあるフロアーに無料マッサージチェアが２台ありましたが、常に満席。マッサージチェアのみのお部屋なので、本当はのんびり出来る空間でしたが、並ばれている位でしたので、リラックスは出来ませんでしたね(´∀｀；) そして★ドーミーインさんの有難いサービスの。 ●湯上がりアイス●湯上がりピルクルとヤクルト●夜鳴きラーメン●コーヒーやソフトドリンクサービス後、●金麦缶、酎ハイ缶、ハイボール缶、パックのお茶から一人一本、公式サイトから予約するといただくことが出来ましたよ。朝食バイキングは本当に満足★神戸グルメも楽しめましたし、私的にはですが…コロッケが本当に美味しくてビックリしました(・∀・) エレベーターが４基かな？！沢山あり待機時間がほぼなくチェックアウト時も快適でしたよ。 It's a hotel that can be said to be right next to Nankinmachi, or in Nankinmachi, so it was the best location to take out the dim sum in Nankinmachi and stay hot at the hotel (• ‿). •) It was a really convenient hotel as it was within walking distance to the harbor.
