★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店は担当者によって対応が大きく違う印象です。クレームで行きましたが年末なので対応が遅れるのは我慢しますが… 待たされてる感を強く感じます。前の担当者は感じもよく良い店だと思ったのに残念ですね。ドコモショップはなかなか満足できる店舗がないですね。だからユーザーが離れるのかもしれないですね。

機種変更で来店しました。開店と同時の予約なので待たされることなく対応していただけました。
が、いつもながら丁寧すぎる説明で、長時間滞在することになりました。もう少しスピーディーに手続き完了できるとありがたいです。

価格は携帯キャリアの比較となるので、お店として、サービス内容・応対・店舗を中心に評価しました。
今回は、買い物のついでに機種変更の予約をしようと来訪しましたが、キャンセルがあり直ちに対応してくれました。
主要な使用目的と予算に応じて、性能・価格のパフォーマンスなどをわかりやすく説明しながら、的確に機種を勧めてくれました。来訪目的のほかにお店側からいくつか提案され、ひかりTV for docomoへの切り替えも行いました。提案は強引なものではなく、お断りした提案もありました。
担当の方の応対は、落ち着きがありながら明るく丁寧で、質問にも明確に答えてくれ、無駄のない進め方で、好感が持てました。こちらが高齢かつひかりTV for docomoへの切り替えもあり、所要時間は2時間強。
店舗は、明るくゆとりもあり、また、感染症対策も十分に行われていました。ハレノテラスというショッピングモール内にあり、駐車場やほかの買い物の利便性が高い。
今後も利用したい店舗です。
ハレノテラスの新型コロナワクチン接種予約代行窓口（65歳以上と記憶）も店内に設置されているようです。
